Our Italian Mardi Gras dinner will include an Italian antipasto of cheese, olives, peppers and meats; salad of romaine and tomato with balsamic raspberry vinegarette; spaghetti with pancetta; roasted pork loin stuffed with spinach, roasted peppers and garlic, with sharp provolone; rosemary potatoes; roasted vegatables; homemade desserts and coffee. Kids menu is chicken fingers, macaroni and cheese, veggie.
Music and dancing for the evening will be provided by DJ Ralph Giofre with a mix of Italian and American dancing favorites. Ralph is a favorite with many Italian organizations in Delaware including the Piedmont Lodge, St. Anthony's Holy Name Society, and others.
Everyone is encouraged to dress in Mardi Gras style complete with masks and beads. Prizes will be awarded for best
